The New Year

188-01-january-1st-2017

THIS WEEK’S WORDS come from “The New Year” by Jason Shinder: bottom, breath, blue, dressed, drowning, discovered, match, mirror, mine, losing, love, lap

I greeted the New Year with all the love
And from above we get all the blessing
Dressed up like king with golden crown and gloves
Discovered dove when the eggs were hatching
And from the bottom of my heart
Match to impart all requirements
And to give each one best wishes
Of all ages with love
Out of breath and drowning, I’m blue
Managed, got through with an octave
Got to forgive even with grunt
Look in the mirror of
Promise not losing things of importance
With good balance of work and family
Each day with glee and live a life with cadence
Linen valance in bedroom as you see
I greeted the New Year with all the love
And from above we get all the blessing
And in spring I like salad with olives
What I can give I do it with a zing*
