Zeus was angry
Hera having an affair
Zeus hurled lightning bolts
Ferocious storms without delay
Wreaked havoc on earth
He castigated the Lover
Earth used to be thriving with life
Humming with magical energy
That echoed in the mountains
Now just thunder and lightning

Zeus had numerous lovers and children out of wedlock lol he can’t really be upset with Hera.

Ah typical god that rules with pride lol excellent poem though. I felt bad for Hera and had zero sympathy for Zeus,

This sort of turns that old story around about Zeus, Hera and the nymph Echo.
