Oh no, where could she be?
Be here or there, not anymore
One minute talking animatedly
Animatedly disappeared in the cracked world?
Have I said anything wrong?
Wrong or right, no reason to go
Go to places and leave me alone
Alone looking so forlorn
Out of the blue, a grasshopper flew
Flew to my wrist, I didn’t want to say boo
Has she changed to a grasshopper?
Grasshopper, if you could kindly answer?
Of course, the grasshopper didn’t answer
Answer my silly question, just stayed there
There catapulted up and flew off quickly
Quickly disappeared just like her

What a great choice of poetic form for an escape artist. Lovely twists of lines, which pairs well with Sue’s photo prompt, too.
