Hello everyone! It’s a bridge day here in Bavaria and we have 2 days off from tomorrow – yay! Anyway, just sharing with you what we cooked last Saturday. It’s pork hamburger with stilton cheese. First, mince the pork and add some flour, season with salt and pepper. Fry them. Put aside. Make some salad of lettuce and sliced apple, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Turn the heat off, add the sliced stilton cheese in the pan and return the burgers in. Put the bread also in the heat. On the plate put the bread, add the lettuce and apple slice, then the burger and cheese, then apple and lettuce and the top of the bread. Serve with some chips. It was delicious!
