Photo Challenge #204 – I hauled myself along the road

– Hossein Zare

I hauled myself along the road
With sharp turns and typhoons I rowed
Some snarling dogs along the way
In my mind, I saw and not stray
Stand tall, arms swinging in both sides as I strode

Other ways remained far apart
Some scars left doing my part
As I put down roots, trunk shoots up
Big or small, I have to getup
Challenge or hindrance, I don’t mind to restart*

I always enjoy the quasi-limerick rhyme form.
    Trunk not wanted!
