I’m on my wanderjahr from peak to peak
And by the creek I saw an octopus
Breathless but must chase it until I shriek
Marooned on this bleak day and chilliness
Fresh air with my sleeping bag
Not to brag, I’m not a wastrel
Pennyworth cable can’t afford
When I’m bored, I just walk
I put my fists in my pockets
As I fidget I walk and gawk
In Bangkok life is never dull
When I’m able I stalk
I do not want my wanderjahr to cease
I get the peace and quiet on the peaks
And as the weeks go ideas release
Such expertise as well as some critiques
Creatures of the wild playing hide and seek
And such mystique and all the pricelessness
I feel the wholeness of this so unique
In Mozambique for Christmas such braveness*

Lovely use of the words Lady Lee, what a good place to spend one’s wanderjahr

Seems as if you are having quite an adventure – the different locales can certainly lead to a surge of new ideas. 🙂
