Hello everyone! My first time to post here at Tummy Tuesday…. thanks for the opportunity. Anyway, last week we had roast chicken for dinner. First, we coat the chicken with olive oil, then spread salt, pepper and other chicken spices like paprika, chilli, etc. Stuff it with chopped onions and few sprigs of rosemary. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and roast the chicken for one and a half hour. For the potatoes, parboil them then put them in the oven, too. Steam or boil green beans and peas. Best serve with chilled white wine. Cheers!
