Tummy Tuesday – Meatball Carbonara

Hello everyone! Here’s an easy recipe of our meatball carbonara. Ingredients: minced meat, tagliatelli, fresh parsley, eggs, parmesan cheese. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water. Meanwhile, season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into even-sized balls. Cook in a pan on a medium heat with olive oil until cooked through. Finely chop the parsley, beat it with the eggs and a splash of pasta water, then grate and mix in most of the parmesan cheese. Toss the drained pasta into the meatball pan, pour in the egg mixture. Loosen with a good splash of reserved cooking water. Voila! Delicious!
