Tummy Tuesday – Beef with mustard

Hello everyone. I’ve got this lovely recipe for beef – meltingly good! But you have to be patient as it takes 3 or 4 hours to cook. Here goes, for ingredients you need some shin of beef, bone out, some baby carrots, onions, 120ml Worcestershire sauce and 2 tbs of wholegrain mustard. Preheat the oven to 160degrees. Place a shallow pan on a high heat alongside another frying pan. Cut the beef in cubes and fry in with the bone. Fry the onions and carrots. When the meat is nicely coloured, tip it into the casserole pan, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mustard, and cover with boiling water. Cover and cook in the oven for 3 or 4 hours. Taste, season and serve. Serve with boiled potatoes and peas. Enjoy!
