Tummy Tuesday – curried noodles

Hello everyone. We wanted to cook some noodles and found this easy recipe. Ingredients include: noodles, spring onions, ham, 2 eggs, peas, 2 tablespoon curry powder. Soak the noodles in a pan of boiling water. Boil the frozen peas. Cut the ham and slice the spring onions. Fry the ham, spring onions and peas with olive oil and add the curry powder, beat the eggs and add them into the pan, then stir in the noodles. Voila! Delicious curried noodles.
