Hello everyone! I’ve just watched Cousin M made custard cake and it’s really delicious. I don’t really know the exact measurements of her ingredients but I’ll describe the process. She prepared the ingredients: eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar, evaporated milk, pineapple juice, oil, salt. She divided the ingredients into the cake part and the custard part. She made a caramel in a pan and pour them into the bowls. She separated the eggs and put the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. She beat the egg whites until texture becomes fluffy and added some sugar then continuously beat until meringue is shiny and firm. She folded the cake mixture into the meringue until well blended. She then poured the folded cake and meringue mixture over custard mixture in the baking bowls. She then baked the cake with bain marie in the oven. Truly scrumptious!
