Hello everyone! I made this broccoli crustless quiche two weeks ago, following the recipe I saw online (https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/crustless-broccoli-quiche.html#tabbox). I mixed all the ingredients. We had it for breakfast and lunch.
It was a success that I did another version this weekend, mixing mushroom with spinach, adapted from this recipe (https://www.budgetbytes.com/spinach-mushroom-feta-crustless-quiche/#wprm-recipe-container-32976). Adapted because I used fresh baby spinach, thick milk and not at all strict with the amount in the recipe. It was also delicious!
