Hello everyone! We’ve just came back from our scrumptious dinner this Friday night. It was my belated birthday celebration with some friends and we went out to a fine French restaurant in town. It was wonderful!
It was a five course meal with appropriate wine for each course. We’ve started with a bottle of rose apperitiv with a surprise little dish, avocado cream with passion fruit.
For the fish course, we had salmon fondue, then we had lamb in maultasche, the main dish with 3 types of meat, so tender and fine, everything they explained, but forgot the details by now… all I remembered was the fun we all had with the food and the wine and the company… of course, they dimmed the light as they greeted me with the scrumptious dessert.
