Thursday photo prompt: Serenity #writephoto

For visually challenged writers, the image shows a blue-lit landscape, land and calm water mirroring the cloudy, silver-lit sky.

THIS WEEK’S WORDS come from “I Found Kin in a Thrift Store Photograph” by Aaron Coleman: bridge, edge, water, fingers, grace, cinders, shadow, sculpted, framed, bone, religion, feet

A blue lit landscape

Water mirrors the sky

Like a sculpted shadow

And so gracefully framed

Cinders and afterglow

A blue lit landscape

At the edge of the bridge

My feet in the water

Fingers getting so cold

Serenity matters

A blue lit landscape

Nature and religion

The sky is so peaceful

Communing with nature

Dreaming and so blissful

A blue lit landscape

Just like a photograph

I want to be in it

Being content matters

That I have to commit*
