Fiction In A Flash Challenge’ Week #18 – The touch of his hands as he plays

Image by Ri Butov from Pixabay

The touch of his hands as he plays

The cool scent of the rose

The sight of the lover always

Deep feeling like a prose

Swaying with the rhythm of man

Thinking of how it all began

Swaying with

Swaying with

All the music in a lifespan

The touch of his hands as he plays

No setback to be had

Strong waves of hope on the way

And loyalty to add

Milk and honey and all things nice

Bright red rose and white edelweiss

Milk and honey

Milk and honey

Up to some sort of paradise

The touch of his hands as he plays

No inure but with hope

The look of love to be precise

Therefore no need to mope

Count the blessing and be grateful

And for that we are both faithful

Count the blessing

Count the blessing

And we try to be so graceful*

Rhyme scheme: a/b/a/b/c/c/d,d refrain of first 4 words of line five /c
