Hello everyone! Hope you’re all fine. I was greeted by this lovely sunrise one morning.
We had roast beef on the 1st and that was nice. Him Indoors cooked it.
Then I cooked beef morcon last night. We haven’t eaten it for quite some time, so I thought I’d have a go again. I think it was a success!
Followed by leche flan. It was like being in heaven!
Anyway, we’ve also been busy with our new jigsaw.

The meat looks delicious, but it also looks like it involves some time. Oh, flan, I love it, but oneof these dessert I never get to:) Many thanks for sharing the delicious food with All Seasons. If I lived there, I would join you in the puzzle – it looks not a too easy one:) Jesh

thank you, Jesh 🙂 yes, a lot of prep for that meat, but oh so worth it! same with the flan, so rich that I only make it for special occasion…. as for the puzzle, it’s harder than we thought it would be and taking us a piece at a time haha 🙂 enjoy your week, Jesh ❤
