What do you see # 82 – May 17, 2021

( For the visually challenged reader, the image shows a view of a busy street from the top of a tall building. Down below you can see traffic and pedestrians)

THIS WEEK’S WORDS come from “Logically, I Know the Circus” by Paige Lewis: mundane, bedroom, apply, act, need, famous, school, gravity, feat, work, trapeze, swing

I see a mundane busy street from the top

Traffic and pedestrians swinging like a trapeze

The need to be somewhere and no one’s at ease

Going to work or school without any stop

If we apply gravity from the rooftop

An experiment such a feat and everything freeze

I see a mundane busy street from the top

Traffic and pedestrians swinging like a trapeze

A famous act to follow hope it won’t flop

From my bedroom I feel such fresh breeze

Wish I could go to the sea and instead have sea breeze

Wish I’m in a quiet place and all these to swap

I see a mundane busy street from the top*
