Love washing myself in the river
Especially when there’s rain
As the water flows, I dream a dream
So happy with you drinking champagne
Yawn and stretch first thing in the morning
Then I look at the mirror
I dream a dream as the water flows
That you are not that far but nearer
Outside my window I hear some noise
Dogs barking and birds tweeting
As the water flows, I dream a dream
That you and I tenderly meeting*

Nagcarlan Forest Resort is a forest resort with natural spring waters flowing from Mt. Banahaw. You can bathe in the batis (river) itself …

Along the Onofre river
Honeysuckle abound
Alabaster water shiver
I hear some muffle sound
Sometimes delible, sometimes not
When I am somewhere with my thought
Sometimes delible
Sometimes delible
That you forget me I hope not
Along the Onofre river
Some crocodiles tiptoe
That makes me start to quiver
And as the river flows
I recognize the tune and prose
And simmering in the shadows
I recognize
I recognize
That’s your scarf in the meadows
Along the Onofre river
Little slice of hope
Nothing we couldn’t deliver
So we could always cope
That we have fun and we have won
Preserving our love to each one
That we have fun
That we have fun
All these things before the home run**

Chocolate rivers and licorice trees
That frozen breeze works like balsam to wounds
The taste that hounds his dreams and also tease
And if we please not recall the obtunds
Splashes of colour filled the view
Blossoms and hue veiled the whole set
As he reach for his pocketknife
Birds’ wings and empty life
He stood near a grove of trees
Try to appease the afterlife
When all is rife and here as yet
Started to fret his life
And all these things flowing down the river
Can’t deliver what wasn’t there at all
A serf and thrall to hither and thither
As he shiver in the wind he looks small***

On the brink of the cliff hanging
Over a wide river she stood
Gazing at the sky, heart aching
Long walk of memories sting
Road of being misunderstood
On the brink of the cliff hanging
Broken promises, heart bleeding
Expectation not what it should
Gazing at the sky, heart aching
In the summer and in the spring
Tried to make amends as they could
On the brink of the cliff hanging
It didn’t work and so baffling
Together of unlikelihood
Gazing at the sky, heart aching
They have to move on, that’s the thing
It’s for the best for what it should
On the brink of the cliff hanging
Gazing at the sky, heart aching****
