Pau

Hello everyone! We visited family in the south of France and they live in Pau. We had a great time walking around the city, shopping, drinking and eating hamburger. Such a great smile this week.

Pau is a city in southwestern France, set along the Pyrenees mountains’ northern edge approximately 85 km from the Spanish border. A walk along central Pau’s Boulevard des Pyrénées offers countryside views and mountain panoramas on clear days. The boulevard leads up to the castle of Château de Pau, birthplace of King Henry IV of France and Navarre. It now displays tapestries, period furnishings and artworks. ― Google
