    Hello everyone! Nice and bright here in Bavaria. Our apples are growing.

    Spike, the hedgehog came and visited us yesterday. He made a path behind the bush in our back garden.

    Sharing with you my vegetable oatmeal diet. It’s working so far, yay!

      thank you, Jesh 🙂 hedgehogs are very shy, we took the photos through the glass. The oatmeal-veggie diet, got high fiber, makes the sugar level stable for quite some time. I tried to do this at least once a week. Mainly to stabilize my sugar, losing weight is just a bonus if it happens. have a fun week, too ❤

      Didn’t know hedgehogs liked people this much! Great captures – I can’t remember ever seeing one either! Am curious about your oatmeal-veggie diet -is it the combination that makes one lose weight?
