What’s this fear, that of unknown?
ignorance and not being shown
venturing out not that bad
new experience, let’s not moan
delicate juggling process
we don’t know and have to guess
trial and error is required
anything to make us inspired
don’t need stress

An inspiring and delightful poem. Trial and error indeed required.

Love the use of rhythm and rhyme in this. So very true, all of it. I do not fear the unknown, I often fear the known. Excellent poem.

Fear of the unknown is such a waste of time. Sometimes the unknown is a pleasant surprise. Trial and error and a leap of faith are often required!

We need inspiration to balance fear as you seemed to mention.

ah yes….trial and error required. That old adage, we learn from our mistakes. As I used to tell my students (I was a teacher in the days when Star Trek was popular on tv)….don’t take up the pressure of being perfect. I don’t see anyone here with pointed ears!
