“Crazy
I’m crazy for feeling so lonely
I’m crazy
Crazy for feeling so blue..”

There goes my mother with her “Crazy” song, her favourite! Every time we are together and people start singing, she has to be there, too. She sings it with all the emotion one mutters, all the pain and the memories with my father. She will be eighty this year and her children and grandchildren from Canada, UK and Germany are flying to the Philippines to celebrate it with her. It’s going to be a big party and of course, she’s singing her “Crazy” song.

  3. Thankful for a mom and dad who loved to harmonize and left me a legacy of singing to my children. Of course, my daughters (now grown) and grandchildren, think I’m CRAZY whenever I start singing a favorite tune. When they were little, I always sang “The Alphabet Song” to them… “A, you’re adorable; B, you’re so beautiful, C, you’re a cutie full of charm… I’m thankful for music, for family and for bountiful blessings each day. Thank you, for reminding me of these special blessings. 🙂
