Hello everyone! We’ve harvested our apple trees and Him Indoors thought of making cottage cider. He used 5 kilos of apples, chopped them in small pieces, 5 liters of water, a kilo of sugar and some yeast. We have to stir the mixture at least once a day. We have to wait for a couple of weeks before we could transfer the mixture to a demi-john, then some more weeks when we could transfer it to small bottles. Cheers!
